You only have one partner for the entire project. Our offerings include all costs associated with your order. Also the design costs.

The calculation gives you security. To keep your budget low, there are no additional costs for fringe benefits.

Our long experienced team of designers and specialists in textiles wil actualise your project. We work quickly, flexibly and reliably while maintaining high quality.

This saves you time, effort and trouble. You get the reedom that you need for your core business. Treat yourself to a specialist.

And this is how it works

You plan your new appearance, your event, your trade show, the uniforms for your employees or your promotion project.

We perform a detailed briefing discussion with you. We also like to advise you without obligation on the spot and develop our proposal for you.

Then we present our concept. You will receive the first price offer as an orientation. The design costs are included in our product prices.

During the project running you never will have more than two contacts: Our on-site consultants and project managers in our home. They are always there for you and aer informed about the state of the project, no matter how complex it is.

We change, where appropriate, the draft and our services according to your specifications.

You will receive a final offer. You give the order. We'll send you our order confirmation.

We prepare the release pattern example for you. Afterwards the release of your job is produced.

We ship at the agreed date the goods to your delivery address and make our statement. You pay.

This applies generally

All Ask Ullmann ® supplied designs are the property of Ask Ullmann ® by Neosave Europe Ltd.. and may not be imitated or used in any other way.

The contracting authority shall ask Ullmann ® in terms of entities licensed by the templates of all claims which a third party such as an infringement of any intellectual property rights in question.

We reserve us the right to partial deliveries. Any freight costs incurred, not by us

were caused, are also calculated separately.

Complaints to the delivered goods, we can only accept complaints within a maximum of

7 days after receipt of the goods by you in written form.

Subsequent complaints we do not recognize.

We accept only freely-made programs.

Reservation o property rights. The delivered goods remain those of Ask Ullmann by Neosave Europe Ltd. until full payment of the property. The seller retains title to the goods, until all claims of the seller against the buyer of the business relationship, including future receivables arising from the simultaneous or later contracts are settled. This is true even if some or all claims by the seller in a current account or the balance has been struck and acknowledged.
